Phone vodaphone, they have an automated service. You type your phone number in , they tell you your PUK. Cant remember the number off the top of my head though. Found it using google.

Dont go trying to guess it-call Vodaphone and get the correct code from them. Get it wrong 5 times and theyll automatically lock the sim permanantly.

Thats the default security code on ericsson phones, as is 12345 on Nokias, not the PUK code.

there's no other way but to phone vodafone (if you haven't already done so, as mentioned previously), they will then ask you some security questions for verification, and provide you with a puk (personal unlocking key) to unlock the sim. it has been mentioned that you can do this online via the vodafone website, but they simply tell you to ring customer services.

On O2 you can go to the webpage and type in your phone number to get the code, maybe Vodafone have something similar?
