Anyone else notice how often the Rugby transmitter sends out the wrong time. 2.1/2 minutes fast at present time 21:13

my VCR has a radio clock and it's been 10 minutes slow for about a week now.

Have you checked it against the speaking clock? I found the other day that Telewest's programming was about 3 minutes off...

No point in doing that - the speaking clock uses Rugby radio signal as its time source !
