anyone know whats happaning to the old flats that are boarded up on beet street? they are all empty now and they are putting up a fence around the outside- i guess there demolishing them but does anyone know whats going to be in there place?

I live directly opposite beet street and these are going to be student accomodation for 950 students and the ones on upper allen street are going to be for rent and sale including leisure facilities.
