I have a toast file, but no writer on the mac. I do however have one on the PC. Can i get this Toast file extracted?

You can use ISOBuster to open the .toast file, and then have it extract it as a RAW .bin file which can be burned with any burning software on the PC...

You could also try using a virtual drive prog, I use Daemon tools for the pc which tends to mount almost any image file. Not sure what the mac equivalent prog is, but I'm sure there is one.

Actually, have just been digging around...

Try copying it to PC & just renaming it as an .iso, you may be surprised (or annoyed at how cheeky that is!)

I was going to say the same thing.

A .toast file complies (mostly) to ISO standards.

Glad someone else said that too, thought is sounded too easy...

Mind you, same works with vcds (.dat to .mpg)
