has anyone used the onine sites to unlock your mobile and did they work, i have found one but a bit vary about using it incase it does not work or breaks the phone.

unlocked my mates sony ericsson with a code off the internet .that worked

ive used it too, worked a treat ..... but dont pay for the codes, search hard and you'll find free ones

i just googled what i wanted to do (eg .... samsung e900 unlock) ... and trawled through the results ... the best answers are the results from other forums

I tried googling and visiting lots of forums to find unlock codes for the Nokia that I was using when my last phone was stolen, but none of them worked. It took 2 minutes for the local phone shop to do it though, so it was well worth the fiver it cost.
