... That it costs £1.50 more a month to insure my little boy cat (neutered) than my little girl (also neutered)! Are neutered boys more rowdy than girls? I think in the circumstances this is deeply unfair as little boy is a complete wuss! I've also told him that he needs to try be good to keep my costs down! :hihi:
Noodle, Ive just fallen out with M&S insurance because in the first year, my 4 pedigree cost practically the same (except Alfie the bengal was the main insured and I got discount on the other 3) but in year 2, they all went up ot different prices and again this year, they shot up to different amounts without explanation. Alfie;s monthly premium went from £6 to £12 and I'd never even claimed for him! the renewals for the other 3 came in at £8,£8 and £7. I decided enough was enough and it makes more sense to put the money to one side every month in a savings account rather than give it to M&S.
It's weird isn't it! I've just done a quote with M&S so might avoid them now. I know I could put little girl down as pedigree/non and then colour so maybe statistically these all affect the price! But they're twins and hang out together all day. Their lives are pretty alike! Alfie must be a supposed rogue like Little Man! :hihi:
Oh he's a rogue alright, but they couldnt give me a sensible answer when I asked about it (basically, when I told them I was going to cancel) but I'd also just enquired about insurance for a moggie aged less than 1 year old and they even quoted £12 per month for him.
