I was just reading through the recent ' do you believe in ghosts/ do they exist' thread in general and just wondered if anyone out there ever had ghostly experiences at Norfolk Park? No particular reason other than my family lived in these places and when I was younger I heard stories of stuff on Norfolk Park and wondered if I would bump into anyone here with similar stories? This would be back in the 80's.

I was once walking with my OH through Norfolk Park at around 2.30am on a summer night. There was no breeze of any kind, a proper still night. As we walked past the first tree on the left it rustled, like all the leaves and branches and then stopped as we went past and this happened all the way up from Granville Road to the Centre in the Park on every tree on the left and even when we came out of the park the trees we past rustled until we got into our flats complex on Guildford Rise. My OH was cacking it, but I was bemused as had heard about Norfolk Park being haunted but never had seen or heard anything before or since I might add.
