Does anyone know of cooking courses in or around Sheffield?

My wonderful girlfriend needs to know :)

1. I only do desserts.

2. She's a vegetarian, I don't know any good home made veg. recipies.

hi how bout buying yourself some recipe books and teach yourself, both of you should take it in turns to cook not just ur girlf but urself.

I would do, but I think that she would like to go on a course!

You might be struggling for vegi courses in Sheffield. Give the colleges a call.

try www.allrecipes.com. It has a lot of stuff and its where I learnt a lot of cooking from so I think its good...

Norton college do some sort of cookery courses though it's probably called something like 'domestic science'. Don't know whether it has an option for veggies after all there is only so much you can do with soya and a lettuce leaf.

A few weeks ago i did see an advert on TV for some antacid (Rennies possibly?) which followed one for a well known fast food chain...

Just pop into Castle College on Granville Raod and pick up a prospectus. They do all sorts of Evening/Saturday courses and they specialise in Food Courses, not sure if they would do one specifically in Vegetarian though.

They will be closed all this week for Half Term but try the week after.

There is a cookery school down in Nottinghamshire...
