I have bought a motorola v220 came with a virgin sim card,put in old sim card on t mobile 2 run off credit n tried 2 set up settings 4 internet n picture messaging,wouldnt work now put in virgin sim n i can access the internet but not the picture messaging can any one please help me thanx.

ive got the same phone, dont know how long you've had it, but you do have to wait 24 hours plus for picture messages. I also had to ring the network (who had to make adjustments) so i could recieve from my mates on various networks. it does appear to be a cock up at first. advise you to ring t mobile. good luck

Thanx 4 the reply, took the phone back even carphone warehouse couldnt work it out t mobile couldnt work it out,so think it was a problem with the phone itself so they changed it 4 me hope this model will be ok,thanx alot

Well im sorry 2 say i am still having trouble with my phone even though ive changed it for a sony ericsson t610 i have had the settings 4 the internet n the picture messages n i have installed them but still can not access them but in my phone status it says gprs not allowed could any one tell me why n what i have 2 do 2 make it accessable coz i dont seem 2 be getting any where with t mobile im affraid 2 say i would be very greatful 4 any advice.
