Any body know anything about a tragic wartime accident.

It happened around 1944,when troops were passing through.

A large armour plate dislodged on a trailer, stuck out and sliced

through the troop carriages, killing quite a few,and badly injuring

many. The incident was hushed up to keep the enemy from

finding out.The station was closed and made into a temporary

hospital by the station master.....Mr Allen.
