Bubbles Bathtime were this morning presented with a certificate and prize by the Hillsborough Forum team, for being the best dressed festive shop in the area.

A wonderful window display was produced by the Hillsborough newcomers to brighten up the shopping area.

Gareth of Bubbles Bathtime was very proud to be named the winner in the first ever Christmas Competition and would like us to remind anyone who is a member of Sheffield Forum that they are still eligible for a 10% SF discount on purchases.

Well done guys

Merry Christmas from all at Hillsborough Forum.

That goes to a holding page with a note that the domain may be for sale for me

My daughter said that when she went past the shop on the tram today it looked as though the windows were whited up, and it looked closed.

It goes to a holding page for me too.....????

I did quite a bit of my Christmas shopping there too....and a bit in the January sale.

I went past the other day....I think it is the furniture shop next door-ish that is whited out......which is a pity because I had my eye on a leather recliner in the window :D

Hey guys just to let you know what is happening, we are not closing, just having a revamp and bringing something new and exciting into Hillsborough!! We still have all the same bathtime products, that you love. Watch this space for details of the new products.

Website is undergoing some changes too and should be back online line soon!

I am glad I have read the additions to this thread since I last posted.....was waiting for a tram at Hillsborough yesterday and saw that it indeed was whited out with a note on the door saying it was closed for refitting.

I felt quite sad, have read that before on other shop doors only for the shop in question never to re-open again.

I am glad that Bubbles Bathtime is opening again.....am running low on lavender soap :D

Just to update.....

Was in Hillsborough earlier and Bubbles Bathtime is open.

It had shut just for a re-fit and to prepare for its newest addition.

All the bath products are now on new shelving at one side of the shop and the other side will be for.....wait for it.....wait for it......dramatic drum roll.......

"Build your own Bears"

I have seen these before on holiday - you get an "empty bear" - there is a machine full of fluff....which you can see through windows.....and a nozzle (oo..err...missus).....you place nozzle in empty bear and the fluff is aerated and goes into the bear. It looks like fun....I think children will love it.

From what I understand they will be doing quite a few "empties" - traditional bears, monkeys, cows etc.

So it is good to see them open again....I must admit I was a bit worried seeing as some of the shops on the same row have recently shut. :D

Well I think bubbles at bath time have been having a refit. I think they deserve the recognition for window display but even more they deserve the recognition for their customer service, they are always polite and friendly and nothing is not to much trouble. CONGRATULATIONS TO BUBBLES AT BATHTIME.
