I've put this in Entertainment Chat, as I'm looking for audiobooks.

Can anyone recommend dramatisations or readings of Christmas or winter-themed stories to listen to over the festive period, preferably with a mystery or supernatural air to them?

I know Radio 7 are broadcasting 'Hercule Poirot's Christmas' and I already have 'The Sittaford Mystery'. Radio 4 are going to broadcast a short series of MR James ghost stories too, which I'm really looking forward to.

I going to hunt down 'The Box of Delights' and hopefully 'The Wolves of Willoughby Chase', but does anyone have any other ideas for spooky, chilly stories to eat mince pies along to?

Ooh, if you track down Box of Delights, let me know! I loved that when I was little, it made Christmas all Christmassy!

This (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Box-Delights-Full-cast-Dramatisation-Collection/dp/0563535105/ref=pd_bbs_sr_5?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1198159017&sr=8-5) is the one broadcast by Radio 7 last year, and it's bloody brilliant! Amazon has the DVD of the 80s television version too :D .
