Anyone dined at Pachino's Italian restaurant at 51 Chesterfield Road, just above Ponsfords.

I went there the other week and it was good, although I think it would have been better if I'd have stuck to the higher end of the menu. The chicken and fish dishes on other tables looked and sounded ("ooh! ahh!") great whilst my lasagne was just, well, 'ok'. The olives aren't great either. Nice and cosy - with contemporary decor - inside, good service.

We wnt a couple of weeks ago, FANTASTIC!!

Everyone in the family was very happy and well fed.

My sister in law had the olives BTW, they were very satisfied.

Highly recommend this place.

A correction to my original posting re the location of Paschinos.
For anyone fancying a meal there, its opposite Lavers, between Albert Rd and Valley Rd.

Enjoyed our meal at Pachinos last night. The menu isn't extensive, but is I feel adequate.
Lovely decor, nice toilets, pleasant staff. My only complaint was the background music,
I just couldn't make out what it was supposed to be !

It doesn't welcome anyone at the moment I'm afraid. The door is/was boarded up and there's a sign on the window saying that the restaurant is no longer trading and that anyone who tries to enter the property could be prosecuted.

looks like i won't be going there then!!!!
