My partner was involved in a road accident at 3.30 today on the roundabout on cemetry road. A woman in her 30,s (she was asian looking, wearing head dress,but no veil) in a lime green nissan micra,failed to give way and hit my partners'red van,whilst he was on the roundabout. She had a little girl in the front seat(unlawfully as she was not on a booster seat) who was terrified and very upset.

My partner pulled over and gestured for her to do the same,but she drove off.

Unfortunately,my partner didnt get her registration number. His front bumper(passenger side) is badly damaged,along with a smashed headlamp and indicator glass bit is trashed. Her car was a write off with all the front of her car badly damaged.

We dont know what to do now(we've done the 101/police thing) I guess im kind of hoping someone will have seen what happened,recognise the description of the car,or be able to give us some advice?

did the micra have any damage?
I'm sure a lime green damaged micra will be easier to spot

You might have to narrow it down a bit more than that. :suspect: At least your partner wasn't hurt. My guess is that she probably doesn't have a licence

3.30pm? Coming from Sharrow Vale Road or Psalter Lane? I'd wager she had just collected said child from Hunters Bar school or the one on Psalter Lane and I'd wager she'll be doing the same tomorrow.

thanks for your comments guys-ive told him to go back there,same time tomorrow-unfortunately,he has to be over the other side of the city tomorrow at that time,and im working too :mad:

As has already been said-i bet she's got no license or insurance,why else wouldnt she stop??
