Hi,

I need to get from Broomhill (or bus/train station) to Tinsley during the day this week for a seminar assignment. What is the best way to get there by bus/tram/train? The less changes the better really :)

thanks, Harriet

52 to West Street and then Yellow tram to Tinsley. Both very regular services so you shouldn't have too much wait in the middle.

Phone a taxi, gets you there in fifteen minutes, honest!(providing it turns up).

The tram takes you to Meadowhall south/Tinsley also serve the Source Training Centre( on the Sheffield side of M1) you have to walk to where ever you are going? Buses serving the Tinsley area are First Buses 69/130/287.

Get the bus to town, and then the 69 from Tinterchange to Tinsley... Get yourself a day saver (sorry... A FirstDay), and bob's your uncle.

so the tram doesn't actually go into tinsley? but the 69 bus does? how much would a taxi cost?
