Im trying to raise some money to support the upkeep of a sports club. Does anyone know anywhere in Sheffield where you can sell home made crafts and produce - eg cards, photos, plants, cakes etc? Can you do this at car boot sales? I'd be grateful for any suggestions, cheers.

you can sell homemade cars and things like that on the web, although you'll find a lot of competition.

You could always try a local corner shop and see if they have space to display a few items.

Hehehe... images in my head of making cheap transport from the inside of toilet rolls, an empty cereal box and sticky back plastic.

There's a new gift shop on Ecclesall Road (Evoke Gifts). You could always try and place your things there.

Does the sports club have premises or hire premises to meet in?

Maybe you could organise a Craft Fair with profits going to the club? This way you can get others involved as well.
