Hi,

I would like to ask those of you with small children where are places to go for weekends away during summer, great for families with kids 5-7years of age.

Any ideas?

Center parcs apparently, i'm going for the first time in jan and have heard nothing but good things from other parents (and they have babysitters so could get out too). Having said that you can have great fun with little kids most places but try not to have to drive too far as it will reduce the stress.

Center parcs is great, we went early this year (3 kids aged 2,5,9 at the time)we had a fantastic time. It dosn`t matter what the weathers doing. Theres plenty to do, although we spent most of the day in the pools and riding the rapids:D
You could also try camping if the suns out, bet they`d love it. not too expensive once you`re kitted out, or maybe borrow tent from someone just to see if they like it!
