Looking around for a new ISP, Tesco seesm to be the best, changing from Plusnet as old customers have to pay 24.99 and new customers pay 21.99 so I'm changing out of principle.

Is anyone with Tesco? Any issues etc?

I presume you mean best in terms of price? On the adsl forums most people seem to complain about them. However I don't have first hand experience to back this up.

We've got tesco broadband at home, never had broadband before so I can't compare to any other provider. It was a bit of a pain in the arse setting it up, plenty of calls to the help line - which occasionally terminated in asia somewhere but now it's up and running it seems fine. The problems could have been my ineptitude with computers of course.

I researched this a few months ago - Tesco seemed a really good broadband deal, I was previously on Tesco dial up with no probs. A lot of feedback I got from a couple of Techie forums advised me against Tesco broadband - can't remember why, sorry:rolleyes: Think customer sevice was an issue, and maybe download speed
I got signed up with force9 (same company as you're leaving, plusnet) have heard an unusual amount of praise for this ISP...
maybe you should swallow your pride and not leave.....
Good luck
