These Streets are 3 miles apart.
What years do you think the corn merchant was there ?;)

Sorry hutch I could not remember the name and miss read the map. It is bridgfield Rd which ran into ecclsall rd from Young St.
I think that there was a corn or hay merchants on there upto the 1960s

You are right the 1954 Kellys gives Charles F Wigfull corn and flour factors next to 28 Bridgfield rd.[R E FLINT PROPRIETOR,]he lived at 24 Empire Rd.
In 1927 the firm were at 148/150 The Moor and c h Wigfull lived at 13 Ladysmith ave. :clap:

Thanks for the reply Hutch. I wondered if anyone knows anyone that worked there in the 50s.
I wondered if the corn merchants had any connection with Bridgefield Works in the supply of horse feed in WW1
