Hi;
I'm from Puerto Rico and my english is not good, excuse.
I have a lot of customers that I need to connect remote. All of my customers have dinamic IP and I use a NO-IP software. Most of it have DSL, the DSL modem (2Wire) have a software to config it and is easy to use. In this case, using the 2Wire software, I open two ports to use Symantec PCanyware v.10, those ports are 5631 and 5632, and work very good. Other customers have Cable Modem and those modems don't have software to config it. The model is WR850G. I try to config the Windows XP Pro SP2 firewall but don't work. I think that I'm doing wrong. I call de cable company to open those ports and they tell me that all ports are open and the customers most have firewall to protect there owns PC. I try to connect turning off the firewall but don't work.
I need the real configuration of the firewall settings to be able to connect the customer from my house or m office!!
I really need help!!
