I just thought I'd ask everyone what are your favourate two city bars and why.
Mine are:

1 Cubana (trippet lane), Instant atmosphere, good food, good drink. The staff are cool it can be a nice relaxing after work night during the week.

2 Sharkeys (just off west street near aslans kebabs) These guys are some new kids on the block. The staff are friendly the atmosphere is pretty good and the drinks selection is unrivaled by any bar in town. Awesome cocktails too.

What are your favorate two and why?

1. The Boardwalk:- Even though it's pretty expensive it's a good place for music and bands

2. The Grapes:- Cheap cheap cheap ;)

1) The Showroom - Good atmosphere and near to the station, if a bit expensive.

2) The Norfolk Arms - Real ale, friendly people and staff. It's gay, but if you're ok with that it's a nice place to go. Great beer garden too, probably the best in Sheffield.

Lions Lair (great food, beautiful bar staff, cosy and good atmosphere).
And the Wig and Pen for similar reasons.

Wish they were a *tiny* bit bigger though..
