This afternoon we lost a Primark carrier bag somewhere on Fargate, possibly on one of the seats near the bottom end (Boots end)

Inside were a pair of boys pyjamas but thats not what is important. Also inside were 2 certificates for Sheffield College Saturday Academy, one for my daughter and one for her friend along with 2 £5 meadowhall vouchers. The vouchers and jamas can be replaced but we really want the certificates back. They have given up their Saturday mornings for the last 3 weeks to attend the Saturday Academy and more than deserve their awards.

I have called the police to see if any kind soul has handed them in but I am not holding my breath.

I know it's along shot, but if anyone found this bag could you let me know as I feel like the worst mother in the world right now!

Is it worth calling the city centre ambassadors incase they have found your bag?

My daughter went back into town to see if she could find it but had no luck. She asked a couple of the CCA's but as far as they knew, nothing had been found. Do you know a contact number for them at all please?

I've got a contact number for them at work. Are they in the phone book? (I don't have one). If not ring the main council switchboard and ask them.

Are replacement certificates available from the college? It sounds like they're not from an external exam board.

Also possibly worth contacting Street Force who deal with street cleaning and litter-picking incase one of their staff found it.

Yeah, am going to contact the college on Monday and see if they can replace them. The kids really need them for their progress files for when they leave this year.

Thanks for asking but no we didn't. I called the police and the City Centre Ambassadors who also checked with the cleaners but no-one had handed them in.

All is not lost though as Sheffield College are going to replace the certificates and vouchers for the girls. SO all I have to do is buy my son a new pair of red and black spider pyjamas!!!
