Just to give feedback on morning sessions, we have every Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, a workout for the ladies. (9:30-10:30)
Kickboxing, Taekwondo and Tai Chi techniques for a balanced and great start to the mornings. (PS. All non contact by the way.The only contact will be on the focus pads and bags.)

Unfortunately no we don't. We do evening ones though! Check our site out for etails etc.

shame you dont do an aerobics or keep fit session at those times,i cant find one anywhere:(

Our workout is as good as if not better as there is a meaning for each exersice we do. No two sessions are the same unlike some aerobics ones which repeat them as they have a routine to follow. Give it a try and walk away if its not for you, remember we give you one week free!!!
