Dont need it to be anything fancy - a plain old garage will do as long as it's secure.

Anyone know of firms renting space out etc?

The only two places that I know of are Spur cars, up Loxley Valley and a place on Little London Road opposite Stokes paint. Don't know how much this costs, but I imagine it would be better just to find a lock up, unless its worth shed loads....
