another quick question....Our logo for letterheads is pretty simple, a tiny picture of our control unit with WaterGuard written next to it. At the moment I just have it as a template so itopens on all new emails but the font size keeps changing and its really annoying to have to change it on every email. I would like to convert it into a Jpeg or similar image format so that doesn't keep changing. Is there a nice easy way to do this?

Google for 'Irfanview' - freeware but very good at image conversion and resizing/resampling etc.

Use the print screen button (with the logo on screen!), then paste the output into the drawing program of your choice (MS paint works fine). Crop the logo and save it as a new image document.

thanks, i'll try both. for some reason ms paint is deleted off my machine and i cant get it back, I'll push my colleague off his machine!
