It won't switch on? But occasionally it does? And on those occasions it makes a noise?

What sort of noise? Beep? Whirr? Squeak?!

Any lights to go with the noises?

Its a Buzzing sound

could use it as a door bell then .
Think you need it looking at to confirm the problem the times ppl have said buzzing but turns out to be not so lol im willing to look but sorry wont get involved in the actual laptop repair
