Hi
Thought it might be useful to start a thread on possible interview questions and ways of answering these to help the sheffield forumers on the job hunt. So here's mine:

What are your strengths and weaknesses.

Find a positive strength which relates to the job you are applying for
Find a weakness which states that you recognise you have a weakness but you are working to improve this, for instance, I have a weakness in maths skills but I am on a course to improve my number skills.
I have a weakness in not organising my time very well but I have drawn up a timetable to look how I organise my day and am working at ways to improve this.

Thanks

Some people purposely choose a weakness that can be viewed as the opposite and seen as a strength. Make sure the weakness really is a weakness because otherwise its really cheesy to hear!

Difficult one that - I guess I would say something like "working for your company and progressing up the ladder having concentrated on continued professional development and personal development through courses" (anything which shows that you are ambitious) really.
