Can anyone shed any light on why there are so many houses empty on samuel rd area norfolk park i keep looking on housing website but never any on, just wondered about moderisation/demolition.Hope someone can tell me thanks.

I suspect they are up for demolition. A lot of regeneration work is going on in the area.
