Try classifieds in the star, ring round the shelters see if they have any that need adopting, also try the web, theres a good site called epupz, but they might not have any in this area so you may have to travel to pick the puppy up, which isn't ideal but they do have a lot of dogs listed, i'm currently browsing for a husky :D
