Hi, just a real quickie asking for advice re. buying MP3 files over the net if I don't have a current credit card.
Can I use a Debit card? I've tried using it to buy over the net before, but the shopping cart systems often crash because they don't recognise non-credit card details.
Is there perhaps any service which allows you to pay for MP3's over the phone, either by giving your Debit Card details via a call, or even loading MP3's direct to your phone, and paid through your phonebill/pay as you go credit?
Are there any MP3 'shops' on the net you could recommend which handle Debit cards after all?

Every site on the net that accepts payment accepts Depit cards... Switch used to be a problem but I think even that is OK. At what stage do you get stuck?
Never ever had a problem using a debit card. Even places which just accept Visa and Mastercard will accept Visa debit cards.

Can I remind people that file sharing is not condoned by SF and anyone promoting its use will have their posts removed, and furthermore faces the possibility of a ban. Thanks.

iTunes accepts debit cards, and they're now letting you download non-protected files, so you won't have to have an iPOd to play them - any mp3/mp4 player should suffice!
