Hiya people

I have recently been given a rather nice earthenware tagine and although it says on the packaging that it is suitable for an electric hob everywhere else I've read advises the use of a heat diffuser.

Does anyone know where I can get one from? I thought Atkinsons would have but they didn't.

Thanks

I'm sure that Abbots will have one if John Lewis haven't. I got mine mail order from Lakeland though, and I've had the same one for at least 10 years so it was a really good investment of £7.50.

I've not heard of Abbots before, where abouts is it?

It's on Abbeydale Road- one of the proprietors is a forummer, but I can't remember his user ID. It's a cookshop.
