Soooo un-predictable at the minute but what a hreat result if that doesnt give you confidence then I dont know what will, poor at the weeked after a brief slight improvement but what a way to answer the critics, and what a way to turn things round, Monty supposedly MOTM in a new changed formation, lets just hope we can build on that!

Monty had a very good game, he was man marking Reid. But thats all, it was back to basics for him and it worked well.

MOTM with out doubt had to be Beattie, even though he looked isolated at times from the midfield, he did amazing. Put his penalty away perfectly, set up the third goal, won majority of things in air.

Keef with his best game for over 2 years, he was running at players, looked dangerous, and helped at back too. The wide pitch seemed to suit us to be honest. But the result on another day could have gone Charlton's way, 3-0 tells a different story.

Again though, poor poor referee.

Again though, poor poor referee.

we had a good ref last night and not just because we won and he missed grants handball (well thats how it looked to me from top of the kop)

he tried to play the advantage at every opportunity
and really you did not notice him which tells its own story imo of course

Great game yesterday evening! Both teams went at it hammer & tounges and kinda cancelled eachother out in first half. We showed more in the second half and Sodje's goal...I struggle to remember going beserk as much as I did when that went it - what a buzz!! :D
Just after the dingles had given us a scummy rendition, 'Wednesday's going bust'. Well stick that in your farmers pipes and smoke it! Awesome! Last ten minutes were a bit chaotic mainly down to our own cock ups in defence/midfield. All played well but Grant, Simek, Bobo, Johnson, Spurr & Sodje were exceptional!

As much as i'd like the Blades to return to the filth from whence they came, I must say that was a crackin' result for 'em. Just goes to show the weaker teams can beat anyone in this league (couldn't resist). ;) One good thing to come out of United's win is, if this one-upmanship is reflected by the teams as it is by the fans, then both teams could find themselves pushing for honours very soon. Exciting times.

And where pray is Mr Cheeky Cockney Arse Bandit? Notable by his absence...

Up the Owls!
