How thick is this comment i'm not being funny but surely it is far easier to manage better players as you dont really have to do much to them as they allready have strong positions from their club football.

What a complete and utter pointless comment

Is that because they think he's good? Or is it because they think getting him the England job is the quickest way to boot him out of Bramall Lane?

I suspect the latter...

if he was a good manager there would be visible improvement in crap players.
either a) individual ability would change or
b) team work would improve or c) style would improve.
as yet he hasn't achieved either, with any team he has managed , not just the blunts.

so how would a manager unable to motivate underachieving players be able to motivate a team all of who are better than he ever was.

now kindly advise what's pointless about that.

if he was a good manager there would be visible improvement in crap players.

That's a contradiction. Crap players are crap; they can't BE improved.

Funny that a couple of years ago there were quite a lot of people on SF seriously suggesting that Robson should be the next England manager.

you obviously don't play a sport then. 'cos at least one of the three things i listed would show a positive improvement

How exactly would playing, or not playing, a sport alter basic fundamental logic?

If someone is crap, they're crap.

actually it is yes, everyone else uses the term along with some of the ones aimed @ the Owls, which are allowed.
it's not as bad as your petty insults by changing names - which are a direct and personal insult.

All season I've been advocating Robson needs time. At the moment, I don't see how we're going to improve reults with him, our performances are generally poor and we still need a midfielder like it was obvious we needed one in pre-season.

Our next game is Charlton away, no way are we going to get anything out of that. After we've got a run of 4 relatively easy games and we have to take maximum points or we're going to drift too far away from the leaders.

I don't think Robson's going to do anything this season except finish mid-table. I want rid of him now, in case we end up the most expensive side never to make the play-offs.

Actually it isn't alright.
You are a mod and therefore should have no allegience whilst doing the job and should definately not be using the word blunt.
Is there any mods on here that support the Blades and insult Wednesday?
Or is like which has been said before it is alright for the blue mob to say what they like but certain forumers that support United get banned?

i'm an individual and therefore entitled to hold an allegiance to any team i like. what i'm not allowed to do is show personal preference - which i don't.
it is improper for me to moderate any thread content i've posted on - (unless it's blatant swearing.) which i don't do.
if you would like to stop everyone using localised terms for either of the teams i might take your comments seriously.
the only people that get banned are those that obviously deserve it - the colour of the team they support is irrelevant. if it seems a lot of Utd fans get banned , perhpas it has something to do with personal attack on individuals or name calling - such as your own comment.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion but when a moderator starts with insults then we have to ask the question who moderates the moderators when they are moderating?

as i said before - if you think that the words are "insults" we'll start to delete them and issue bans for the use of them in future.
i don't have a problem with that.
but there is no reason why i can't use the same terms as others use on other posts.

the other mods moderate my posts. if they think it's offensive they'll delete it. which i have evidence of them doing on occasion.

thats not allowed under forum rules. and i've always been crystal clear about my team.
at least i don't just defend them regardless of how bad they are.

i assume you'd feel hard done to , if you were banned for masked swearing?
