Hello i haven't been in sheffield for a good couple of months now so i was just wondering if there was any news on these developments. I noticed before i left that the hot tub place had moved and saxton mee were advertising there. Has any work started yet? Are there any other building projects starting soon in the centre?

They have started to demolish the old car showroom on shoreham street near the wine warehouse- saw that yesterday.

you can keep a look out on all the projects and construction in Sheffield by joining http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=154936&page=16&pp=20 Theres a few people on there witha lot of knowledge about the construction of these buildings. But to answer your question, No, no work has started yet!

bringing this thread back up because i hear that on the St Mary's Gate land a sign has gone up saying land for sale. Does anybody know anything about this?

I don't know about 2nd most popular park but the Peak District was the very first National Park in the world!
