Does anyone know of somewhere in sheffield city centre that does clothing alterations?

Most dry cleaners will offer some sort of service.

Atkinsons used to, Debenhams will alter clothes with there gold card free of charge

There's a good small family run place on the rd that runs from division st (frog & parrot) to west st - its round the back - but has a sign on the rd pointing in.

I go to a very good tailor to have trousers and sleeves turned up he is very reasonable and does a really good job. I don't remember the name but it's on Stanniforth Road.

Churchills dry cleaners. 107 Devonshire st (end of division st) they have an in house seamstress.

does anyone know if t-shirts can be altered, i.e. shortened in the body and sleeves? (i've got a feeling that this may be a daft question, but what the hell!)
