hello there just want a bit of help my son was earlier playing man hunt with his mates in the beeley woods he saw a big brown box and looked inside their is a little black dead puppy children play in those woods all the time so the person who dumped it their is obviously to lazy to dispose of it properly i am a real dog lover and upset about this anyone got any ideas if i could phone anyone to remove it thanks
That's awfull! Poor little thing and poor kids that had to find it.
I would suggest environmental services would either take care of it or point you in the right direction.
I think that your first step should be the RSPCA inspectors so that they can see if there's any case to answer and investigate to prove who dumped the puppy there.

Phone the RSPCA, who can dispose of the remains. also they may be able to trace the low-life so and so who did this, and if need be, prosecure them.
it must have been awful for the kids to find this!
i will phone the rspca my son was quite upset about it we have a dog and all my family are real animal lovers am going to try and find out whos dog has had pups recently round here am really angry about it
I don't suppose he knew what breed it was? I only ask because there's been a spate of it wit rotties where the 'breeders' have tried to cut their tails themseles and done it badly so 'disposed' of them... if it did have any tail injuries, it may help the RSPCA enormously to know. (In case the pup's actually gone when they get there).

How awful, I only hope that the puppy was already dead and not just left there to live or die... there are so many places to take them now, dumping them somewhere that they may never be found is absolutely unforgivable :(
hi there i phoned the rspca and spoke to someone although my son went in the woods earlier the box was bashed and no dog the rspca assured me someone would ring me but as of yet no one has the dog was a little black one it looked like a staffy its body or legs i could not decide which looked very twisted so who knows the rspca inspector thought that maybe it died of exposure but with the position it was in i dont think the same whatever happened it was very distressing thanks for everyones help
hi lotti i phoned the rspca spoke to someone he semmed to think it may have died of exposure but when i told him its body or legs i could not decide which was twisted he maybe thought differently although he assured me someone would ring me up to now no one has earlier my son went back to the woods the box looks like it been kicked about but no puppy and he could not see it near so am at a loss as to what has happened and also it looked like a staffy thanks to everyones threads
Oh poor little mite  A fox could have taken it which is maybe why the box is wrecked? I dont think the RSPCA can do much in this case as they are unlikely to find the owner unfortunately. :suspect: My neighbour had a bag of kittens dumped on her lawn, her 5 year old child had found them and they had all been hit over the head, I dont think that child will ever forget that experience...terrible.
Very sad....... I hope somehow the person is found!!
