go to your local newsagent and ask if he will include them in his newspaper deliveries

Have you considered approaching the 'Sixer'? It is a free magazine that gets delivered to all of S6. They don't have leaflets in, but they do a lot of adverts and advertorials.

In fairness the Sixer is mainly adverts, but I get it every month to my home, and I live in central Hillsborough.

Fox20thc - what does the Middlewood Online website have to do with it?

Ring Sheffield Newspapers up. They will deliver with the Sheffield Gazette. You can select a post code area, or even areas within an area. It costs about 15p a leaflet.

Most of my business has come from posting flyers through doors, followed by word of mouth. It's time consuming but in the long run i've found it effective. Certainly better than standing outside a club at kicking out time, flyers just get dropped on the floor then.

Downside is that your leaflets will go through letterboxes with a big wad of other businesses leaflets:(

Damn. meant to click edit and I've clicked quote. Again.

However you choose to deliver them please do not have somebody tuck them under everyone's windscreen wiper in a car park.

Very few are collected by the driver and they finish up as litter where ever the vehicle loses them.

You can use the free papers, go through the Sheffield Newspapers, or Royal Mail, but is not cheap.
What are they for, is there a better way to get your message out?
