I think the three blocks nearest brookhill roundabout are probably OK.

As you go down hill the proportion of workshy people will no doubt increase.

It is probably the cheapest way of living near town without too much trouble!

I think the ones nearist the roundabout are 1 Bedroom flats and the 2 near the tram stop are 2 Bedroom flats ?

Avoid Cornhill block. It used to be OK but is now used for interim accommodation - scrotes, druggies and chavscum mainly.

As far as I know yes. As you mentioned, the top two are one bedroom, the lower ones two bedroom. The lower ones are having a bit of a refurb at present as well.

I employed a bloke who lived in one of those flats about 3 years ago. I think it was the top one. He said it was ok except for two things; Because of the excellent insulation and the rising heat from the flats below he found the flat in winter was too hot. This disturbed his sleep so to cool down he tried opening the window but then he couldn't sleep for the road noise. The roundabout is busy at all times through the night and the sound of sirens is common. Something you don't think about when getting a modernised flat next to a main road?
