A new TV Show on Channel 4 called "The Games" will be running for 1 week starting this week, 12 Minor Celebs are taking part in almost every Olympic event for charity, plus their living areas are on 24/7 survailance.

The reason its posted here is because the events are all happening around Sheffield's various sports facilities.

Here is the full schedule:

Men's Event: Diving
Women's Event: 50 metres swim
Venue: Ponds Forge Swimming Pool

Date: Tuesday 9 September 2003
Men's Event: Weightlifting
Women's Event: Hurdles
Venue: Don Valley Stadium

Date: Wednesday 10 September 2003
Men's Event: Curling
Women's Event: Speed Skating
Venue: Ice Arena

Date: Thursday 11 September 2003
Men's Event: Vaulting
Women's Event: Judo
Venue: Ponds Forge Indoor Arena

Date: Friday 12 September 2003
Men's Event: Long Jump and 100 metres
Women's Event: Hammer Throwing and 100 metres
Venue: Don Valley Stadium

Tickets for each event are £5 for adults, and £3 for children

I went to Ponds Forge last night with the kids, it was OK, to see how live TV is made. There is a lot of hanging aroung while they cut to other scenes.

Bob Davro's belly flop was a laugh.

At last nights show they announced that

I think they are struggling on selling tickets and need a full audience to make it look better.
