View Full Version : Norman Wisdom still going strong at 92.

He retired age 90 but came out of retirement to do a charity short film not so long ago, he spends his time golfing & driving around the Isle of Man although he does live in a carehome and his family make most of his decisions but he's still doing extremely well for a 92 year old, heres some recent YouTube clips of him;

I think mans an class and a legend. What do you think?

Never rated him to be honest. Should he really still be driving if he's not able to make a decision for himself?

Who says he can't make a decision for himself, you know what families are like, some kids would do the same when their wealthy parents get old, in his case they've made his holiday homes into cash.

Yes, the major ones, but does that mean he can't make decisions for himself if he was allowed?

I have absolutely no idea. However, the fact that he has to live in a Care Home suggests as much.

Sir Norman Wisdom is a legend on the Island and often turns up at events fully compes mentes. Living in a care home has no reflection on his state of being and he's as bright as you could ever expect anyone of 92 to be!

He is a God of comedy... may he live forever ! :)
