A friend of mine has a desktop pc and a laptop. When he prints from the desktop pc everythink is ok,but when sending stuff to the printer from the lap top the print comes out mirror image. This is confusing as the print preveiw is ok but the printed doc. is mirror image. The desktop pc in runing XP and the lap top is running Vista, Both are wireless. Can you help or shed some light on this as it is so frustrating. :help::help: please

I'm not conversant with Vista but there may be a "mirror image" option selected in the "Printer Preferences" > "Page Layout" window.

also .... has he tried selecting "Print" from the "Print Preview" window? Does it make any difference?

What printer is it?

A HP by any chance? I seem to recall HP drivers having a "mirror" option in the preferences.

Also, which program are you printing from?
