That's where you're wrong, Rich. "Ride On Time" is actually based on the haunting Nepalese folk song "Rhesham Phiriri"and what you hear as "woah oh" is the singer speaking in Nepalese dialect, each time subtly different. The full translation is;

What about songs which are, in a fashion, decent songs, but are so played to death that you begin to absolutely hate them?

Is there, for example, a Love Songs compilation which doesn't include Robbie Williams' Angels or Wet Wet Wet's rendition of Love Is All Around? These songs are so regularly flogged to death that I find myself running to switch them off the radio (whilst swearing en route).

How much of this do these record companies think we can take?

However, in their own way, they aren't annoying. For that title, we're spoilt for choice. Perm any from a thousand, funnily enough all released in the 1990s or 2000s.

I hate the bastardised Will Young version of The Doors' "Light my fire", the original was a classic, and bloody chuffing Will Young comes along and turns it into probably THE worst cover version of ANY song EVER! :rant:
