Hey all,

Does anyone here live there or have any experience of them?

I'm just wondering what they're like as far as soundproofing from neighbours etc?

I live at the top of the road and am wanting to move when my tenancy is up and these look ideal as they're still in Woodseats and everything is still walkable :)

Any thoughts greatly appreciated!

Noise from the neighbours shouldnt be an issue you wont be able to hear them from the noise of the railway on the doorstep. They didnt call the site echo for nothing

To be honest train noise/road noise has never bothered me for some odd reason yet hearing neighbours wandering around has.
