Did anyone see the yobs about15 of them & that includes girls strutting there stuff around the Stradbroke area last night. A neighbour saw them come thro the garages just off Ravenscroft Cres as they were trying the garage doors. As they thought that they had gone, settled back down to tea when they heard the sound of glass breaking. As they came out to investigate they saw that a car, my car had been damage. Some one had tried to prise the drivers door open from the top of the door and the glass in the window had then shattered and as usual the scrotts had legged it and is all they saw was the legs of these yobs disappearing up a gennel. My neighbour telephoned the police on my behalf as we were out shopping in the Asda and got an incident number. I telephoned my insurance company who very kindly said call back on Monday. Anyway that is another story. My husband & I was just going out to try & secure the car when low & behold this lot came back walking past us cans of Carling in hand shouting look at that car, Oh dear. They continued walking down the road when we heard the sound of glass or something being damaged again. I telephoned the police explaing that these youths were on the estate drinking etc. Twenty minutes later the police arrived full of apologises for not attending earlier as this was attempted theft and should have been an immediate response.
That aside they said that on the way to my house they had seen this gang of youths....well why did they not stop them and ask where they are going and what are the doing drinking from cans in street obviously under-age.
