Ignoring the mushrooms/toadstools (what's the differance?), what do you think of the bricks?

I can't make up my mind if best in colour or B&W.

I liked the coloured ones best.

Well, I'll go against the majority & say I like the B&W & the edited mushroom best. Lovely photoa!

Liked the B&W one best until I saw them togerther - then the coloured one get my vote after all. Like the edited mushroom!

Thanks for the input. I guess the colour wins for the bricks! :)

I guess the B&W might work a bit better if the bricks were larger in the pic, so had more texture to enjoy. The strong green really helps the colour vote too.

The edited mushroom was just a dable with a feature I've just discovered in Picassa. Very simple, I might try to redo in Gimp to get closer to the image I had in my head.
