We are starting a B&B on the outskirts of Sheffield but find the simple thing of applying for planning so very hard and that no one realy knows the procedure. Whilst in one hand they say do not put in plans and on the other they say submit plans. If anyone knows the easy way forward I would be very greatful. We hope to make this a place people enjoy coming to and want it right but the first step is the red tape.
