Hi there

I am about to put my 1 bed flat in the Riverside Exchange on the market and I have no idea which estate agent to go with. From looking at posts on this forum I am reading bad things about almost all of them!

Has anyone got any good stories to say and examples of how much they were charged etc.

P.s If you are an estate agent and will use this thread to secretly try some free advertising - DONT BOTHER cause i will be chacking all replies for previous posts and it will be obvious that you are an estate agent. I want honest replies.
