I have a sharp gxi something (model no. not on the fone thats handy! haha)

anyway im sure i havent pressed anything but just now its on predicitive text for messeges. now im sure someone out there uses this to great effect but i cant even get 1 word what i want.

any1 know how to turn it off? free texts are useless when you're texting garbage like `garbabe right shift a the thursday'

help!!!! (ive misplace the manual..but if no-one here can help i suppose its time to go into the attic for a search)

If it's anything like a nokia (which I know it won't be) find the dictionary (where you select the language within texting) and turn the thing to 'off'.

Hope this is of some help. Predictive text usually has a scroll feature. On a Nokia 'beer' comes up as 'adds' but pressing * turns it into 'beer'.
