All day (27/1) there has been a black cat hanging around outside the university (the old YMCA). he/she is wearing a coller, blue plastic type one with an inner elastic but no contact details.
juat wanted to make people aware in case he/she was lost.
or does it belong to the university? ive never seen it before but its lovely and friendly.
