Depends what you mean by The Black Cab Co. If you mean the regular black Hackney cabs that drive around the city, then they are not a company. They are all self employed but have been checked out and liscenced by the Council. This sort of gives you peace of mind over who you are getting in the cab with.

There used to be a number to ring for the various street taxi ranks eg Midland Station, Barkers Pool and there used to be one in Fitzallan Sqaure.

If you mean a specific company then I'm afraid I can't help you though you could try the Yellow Pages.
